It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Evelyn Kirkland Smalls of Red Level, Alabama, who passed away on October 6, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Ray Smalls. She is survived by: her children, Angela Blackburn of Red Level and David Smalls of Red Level; her grandchildren, Kassie Hurst of Red Level, Cody Smalls of Alaska and Brandon Smalls of South Carolina; and her sister-in-law Pearl Smalls Dewrell. She is also survived by three great grandchildren.
