He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis Butts and Maude Spurlock; his grandchild Little Mack Byrd Jr.; his sister Donna; his brother-in-law Larry Martin; and his son-in-law Randall Keith Walden.
He is survived by: his children, John Butts (Tammy) of Andalusia, AL, Frank Butts (Debi) of Red Level, AL, T. J. Cooper (Makayla) of Enterprise, AL, Tammy Byrd (Dereck) of Loango, AL, Tonya Williams (Scott) of Demopolis, AL and Amanda Dubose (David) of Brewton, AL; and his siblings, Diane Guy of Pensacola, FL, Terry Craig (Julie) of Andalusia, AL, Pat Graham of Rose Hill, AL, Charlene Williams of Andalusia, AL, Stephanie Mancil (Tim) of Andalusia, AL and Shirley Hall (Sid) of Pensacola, FL.. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren.
