It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Richard Souve of Red Level, Alabama, born in Portland, Maine, who passed away on June 9, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Earnest Souve and Ada Mae Miller Souve. He is survived by: his wife Lauri Souve of Red Level; his children, Rick, Kathy Souve of Prattville and Robin; his son-in-law Marty Thompson of Red Level; his grandchildren, Greg Souve, Jacob Branning, Dalton Thompson and Mya Thompson; and his siblings, Walter Mitchell and Rebecca Knight of Maine.
