He is survived by: his wife Kathy Skipper Lee of Red Level; his child Amanda Lee; his fiancé Michael Hanks; his siblings, Virginia Karnes, Emma Colvin (Lorenza), Diann Hood (Vernon), Joseph "Buck" Lee (Karen W.), Mitchell Skipper (Veta W.), JoAnn Skipper Black and Larry Skipper (Sandy C.); and his grandchildren, Dylan James Scruggs, Sawyer Marion Lee, Jasper Quenton Lee and Faulkner Hamilton Lee.
