He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife LaFonda Cook; his children, Larecia Scruggs (Rodney) of Georgiana, Chris Cook (Shannon) of Dothan, Amber Warlick of Red Level, Jeremy Cook (Tina) of Westville, Florida, Hanna Killingsworth (Danny) of Brantley and Britta Lambert (Marc) of Andalusia; his siblings, John Cook (Molly) of Vermont, Cheryl Patterson (Wayne) of South Carolina, Donna Keller (Bob) of Crestview, FL, Sally Duncan (Keith) of Gantt, Dottie McEwen of Panama City, Florida and Angel Cook of Hartselle, AL; his grandchildren, Josh, Taylor, Jenna, Caleb, Lailah, Connor, Dinah, Gage, Ellie, Hope, Isabella, John David, Andalynn, Katherine, Christian, Annabelle, Braxton, Fenix, Baylor and Eli; his great grandchildren, Alayah, Walker, Levi, Emmie and Keegan; and his parents, John Henry Cook and Dorothy Racille Pitts Cook. He was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews and many, many friends.
