He was predeceased by: his wife Faye Hartin; his parents, George Hartin and Ruby Hartin; his brother Charles Hartin; and his great grandchild Gabriel Maloy.
He is survived by: his children, Dale Hartin (Donese), Tina Kanaley (Tommy) and Ryan Sanders; his grandchildren, Chaz Maloy, Devin Staggs (Victoria), Zane Maloy (Chelsey) and Cheyenne Hartin; his great grandchildren, Aaron Maloy, Clara-Lynn Maloy, Samuel Maloy, Colton Maloy, Abel Maloy, Dashlyn Kelley, Isabella Maloy, Dayton Maloy, Nicholas Maloy, Greyson Maloy and Presleigh Maloy; and his sister Betty June McLelland. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
