He is survived by: his wife Audrey Faye Blackmon Hammack of Range, AL; his sons, Timothy Lavon Hammack of Range, AL and James Mitchell Hammack (Janet) of Range, AL; his siblings, Ray Hammack of Fort Walton Beach, FL and Willodean "Cricket" Blackerby of Fort Walton Beach, FL; and his grandchildren, Joshua, Jeremy, Jaimie, Brandon (Britany), Brooke and Whitney. He is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
