He was predeceased by: his wife Marverine Hamm Holifield; and his siblings, Ralph Holifield, Vivienne Tidwell and Doris Bamberg. He is survived by: his sons, Jeff Holifield (Geni) and Don Holifield; his grandchildren, Daniel Holifield (Katie), Justin Holifield (Julie), Hannah Flack (Michael) and Michael Holifield; his sister Elizabeth "Lib" Holifield Rudder (Bobby); and his sister-in-law Ada Jean Tubbs Holifield.
