He is survived by: his wife Linda Hood Fulgham; his children, Tim Fulgham (Kelly) and Rhonda Fulgham Cook (Charlie); his grandchildren, Josh Fulgham (Brittney), Katelin Cook Simmons (Tim), Caymon Fulgham (Brittney), Blake Cook and Bradley Cook (Madison); and his sisters, Sharon Fulgham McKinney (Mark) and Sherry Fulgham Garcia (Greg). He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
