We are sad to announce that on June 23, 2018, at the age of 97, Sarah Genett McCord (Randolph, Alabama) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Strain and Vaudie Pair Strain; her husband William Earnest McCord; her daughter Judy McCord Shouse; her grandchild Anita Giffone; and her siblings, Dwight Strain, Aubrey Strain and Burma Dean Strain Edwards.
She is survived by: her brother Ellis Ray Strain; and her children, Jackie Giffone and Steve McCord. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
