He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Robert T. Ingram and Jackie Sue Scott Ingram; his stepdaughter Trina Payne; his brother Melvin Eugene Ingram; his grandparents, Theodore Ingram, Lucille Brewer, Isaac "Moody" Scott and Lovenia "Poss" Scott; and his nephew Jeff Carlee.
He is survived by: his wife Jonda Chappelear Ingram; his sons, Johnathon Payne and Timothy Witcher; his grandchildren, Kaylee Payne and Glenn Payne; his sisters, Betty Ingram Crow (Mike) and JoAnn Stough (David); his stepmother Mary L. Ingram; his stepsiblings, Roy Ingram, Jr. (Gina) and Virginia Peters (James); his mother-in-law Diane Chappelear Arnold; and his brother-in-law Jerry Chappelear. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
