She was predeceased by : her husband Cecil Evans; her son Dewey Evans; and her parents, Riney Smith and Annie Smith. She is survived by : her sons, Douglas Evans and Cool Han (Lourie Evans). She is also survived by Grandchildren - 10 Great Grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Saturday, June 8th 2024 at 12:00 PM at 998 Co Rd 635, Ranburne, AL 36273. A funeral service was held on Sunday, June 9th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the New Beginning Holiness Church (24339 Co Rd 87, Graham, AL 36263).
