He is survived by: his wife Sara; his children, Johnny (Stephanie), Donny (Kim) and Sherri (Jimmy Baughn); his granddaughter Michelle Clay Smith (Baughn); and his siblings, Cecil, Milly Smith and Louise Straub. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Crumley's Chapel Church of God (288 Co Rd 644, Heflin, AL 36264). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
