She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Skinner and Beuric Leggett Skinner; her son Tracy Skinner; and her siblings, Glenn Skinner, Ronald Skinner and Charlotte Lambert.

She is survived by: her siblings, Stacey Skinner, Robin West, Judy Buchanan and Sue Holcomb.
