He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Kelley and Carolyn Kelley; his brother Jimmy Kelley; his half-brother Eric Merrill; and his aunt Nell Parrish.
He is survived by: his nephew Jake Kelley (Megan Futrell); his niece Jessica Kelley; his uncle Phillip Heard (Sharon); his aunts, Jan Hosey (Paul), Beverly Smith (Mark) and Kim Sewell; his half-siblings, Mark Merrill and Melissa Benefield; and his great-nephew Asher Kelley.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Rainwater Funeral Home (317 N Carroll St, Bowdon, GA 30108). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
