He was predeceased by: his parents, James Gardner and Jayme Gardner; and his brother Mike Gardner. He is survived by: his children, Nichole Goff (Wayne), Jud Gardner (Stephanie) and Ashlynn Gardner; his grandchildren, Patrick Smith and Tucker Gardner; and his sister Jennifer Carroll (Greg). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
