He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Clifton and Christine Clifton; his grandparents, E. B., Mabel Clifton, Odie and Ella Chandler; his brother-in-law Nolan Dicks; and his aunt Hattie Clifton.
He is survived by: his uncle Wendell; his siblings, Elaine Dicks of Pine Level, Debbie Croy of Grady and Dell Clifton (Tracy) of Goshen; his nieces, Christy Weihe (Cody) of Grady, Hannah Hamilton (Jerry) of Montgomery and Mallory Clifton of Goshen; his great-nephew Copeland Weihe; his aunts, Pat Steward of Montgomery and Joyce Esterer of Montgomery; and his cousins, Allison and Ronny Little of Grady.
