She was predeceased by: her husband Donald Johnston; and her sons, Darron Johnston and Frankie Johnston. She is survived by: her children, Jean Jacobs (Ray), Allen Johnston (Debbie) and Joe Johnston (Stephanie); and her friend Judy Burns. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren.
