He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Jerry Taylor of Rainsville; his children, Grant (Crestah Taylor) of Fort Payne and Wendy Haymon of Rainsville; his brother Jerry Taylor of Rainsville; his grandsons, Dane Haymon, Dylan Haymon, Tucker Taylor and Collin Taylor; and his parents, Floyd Taylor and Maggie Taylor.
