She is survived by: her husband John Blevins of Rainsville, AL; her son Robert "Bob" McLemore of Murray, KY; her grandchildren, Jacob McLemore-Umphress and Madison McLemore-Martin; her brother Barry Hale (Marion) of Almo, KY; and her aunt Linda Guthrie of Riverside, AL.
