He was predeceased by: his parents, Milard Hilley and LudyMae Hilley; his siblings, Ruth Owens, Dorthy Carson, Katherine Stoner, Comer Hilley and Navell Harris; and his grandson Jason Koger.
He is survived by: his wife Shelby Hilley; his children, Cynthia Young (Benny), Angela McClendon (Keith), Chris Hilley (Natasha), Melody Brown (Troy) and Jeff Hilley (Shannon); his stepsons, Tim Durham (Penny), Barry Durham and Ronnie Durham (Jan); and his grandchildren, Nathen Koger, Christan Hunter, Eric McClendon, Jesse McClendon, Eli Hilley, Emma Hilley, Mason Baber, Jacob Brown, Matt Brown, Hunter Hilley, Anna Hilley and Alley Galloway. He is also survived by 5 Step Grandchildren 7 Great Grandchildren.
