He is survived by: his mother Linda Makary; his sister Karen Cline (Eddie); his niece Jessica Ballard (Jessie); his nephews, Jacob Hollingsworth (Audrey), Sgt. Justin Hollingsworth (US Army) and Jimmy Cline; his great-niece Violet Hollingsworth; and his great-nephew Tucker Hollingsworth. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
