He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Theo McCartney, Sr. and Mildred McCartney; his nephew Blake Winningham; and his brother-in-law John Little. He is survived by: his wife Donna McCartney; his children, Kim Hummel (Chris) and Kyle McCartney (Annie); his grandchildren, Mac, Natalie, Grace Hummel, Morgan and Marlie McCartney; his siblings, Artie Winningham (David), Pam Little and Todd McCartney (Karen); and his brothers-in-law, Coy Johnson (Gloria), Perry Johnson (Yolanda) and Paul Johnson (Lenell).
The family will receive flowers or memorials may be made in Bobby's memory to Etowah Baptist Disaster Relief Fund or White Springs Baptist Church Honduras Mission Fund.
