He is survived by: his daughter Ann Marie Mills; his mother Lou B Webb; his siblings, JoAnne Henderson, Lori Rhodes, Donna Brewer, Anne Taylor, Kathy Thompson, Mae Hammock, Jackie Hudson and Royce Brewer; and his close friend Claudia Hall.
