He was predeceased by: his father Mike Johnson; his grandparents, Harvey, Margaret Johnson, Ralph and Mable Walker; and his aunt Patricia Farrow.
He is survived by: his mother Kathy Walker Johnson; his brothers, Keith Johnson (Michelle) and Adam Johnson (Lindsey); his nieces and nephews, Destini Simmons (Fisher), Rebecca Johnson, Blake Johnson, Walker Johnson and Cohen Johnson; his great-niece Hattie Simmons; and his aunts and uncles, Jim Walker (Julie), Ralph Farrow, Steve Johnson, Danny Johnson, Regina Walker and Donna Johnson.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorials be made in Brian's memory to the American Cancer Society, 1100 Ireland Way, Birmingham, AL 35205.
