With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Mary Helen Allred of Rainbow City, Alabama, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 23, 2024 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Howard Allred and Frances Louise Allred. She is survived by: her son Jackie Allred (Helen); her grandchildren, Rion, Taylor, Ethan, Jackson and Isaac; her siblings, Camille Browning (Danny), Karen Carswell (Marc), Myra Vance (JR), Jean Eubanks (Charlie), Annette Pendygraft and David Allred (Paula); and her friends, Kim Battles and Sheree Espera.
