With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary Frances Kinsey of Rainbow City, Alabama, who passed away on October 22, 2022 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William Andrew Payne and Margie Carter Payne; her husband Cecil James Kinsey; and her son-in-law Barry Leach. She is survived by: her daughters, Kathy Lackey, Karen Belew (Don) and Margie Phillips (Randy); and her sister Martha West (Max). She is also survived by nine grandchildren, eight great grandchildren.
