He was predeceased by: his former wife Dorothy L. Coheley Williams; his siblings, Edward B. Williams, Jr., Mack Williams, Ellen T. Williams and Katherine R. Williams; and his parents, Edward B. Williams and Lutie Taylor Williams.
He is survived by: his wife Virginia Brewster Williams; and his daughter Carla Louise Williams.
