He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Jackson Carter, Sr. and Inell Green Carter. He is survived by: his wife Debora Rich Carter; his daughter Kendall Marker (David); his grandchildren, Carley Jay and Barrett Jackson; and his siblings, Loretta Wimpee and Jack Carter (Marilyn). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and many other extended family and friends.
