He is survived by: his wife Barbara Tidmore Bowers; his children, Joey Bowers (Vicki) and Johnny Bowers (Tracy); his grandchildren, April Berry (Chris), Brett Bowers (Katie), Annie Bowers and Natalie Baird; his great grandchildren, Sam Berry, Matthew Berry, Emmalyn Bowers and Easton Bowers; his siblings, H. B. Bowers (Jewel) and Dianna Shaw; and his brother-in-law Merill Tidmore (Era). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
Being mindful of the flu, Covid, and other viruses currently going around, the family has decided not to have visitation prior to the service.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the George McSpadden Organ Renovation Fund.
