He is survived by: his son Michael Alverson (Catherine); his grandchildren, Shelby Alverson, Caleb Shaddrix, Cainan Alverson and Trace Alverson; and his sister Linda Alverson Mann. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 26th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Providence Baptist Church (1660 Providence Rd E, Ragland, AL 35131). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 26th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
