He was predeceased by: his siblings, Phillip Kendall and Jo Helen Kendall. He is survived by: his wife Dixie Kendall; his children, Alan Kendall, Kevin Kendall, Shaun Kendall, Daniel Kendall, Asia Marie Kendall and Amanda Kendall Trammell; and his sister Reba Denney. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
