He is survived by: his wife Barbara Hallmark; his children, Ashley Hallmark (Matt) and Butch Hallmark; his mother Deloris Hallmark; his stepson Randall Bice; his siblings, Vicki Dellinger (Robbie), Patty Dickey (Chris) and Scott Hallmark (Kristi); and his grandchildren, Cooper Bice, Kayden Bice and Bentley Wingo. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
