We are sad to announce that on September 24, 2018, Katherine Waters Downey (Ragland, Alabama) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Robert A. Waters. She is survived by: her children, Gina Bunt (Jeff), Laurie Trimm (John), Steve Waters (Cheryl) and Scott Waters (Audra). She is also survived by three grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Jude Hospital.
