He is survived by: his wife Cynthia McGowan; his children, Rebecca McGowan (Richie Covey), Kimberly Green (Joey), Jimmy McGowan, Jr. (Tonya), Loyd McGowan (Corrina) and Butch McGowan; and his sisters, Bobbie Tillis (Lloyd), Karen Brown (Tommy Jones) and Angie McGowan. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
