He was predeceased by: his daughter Michelle Lesley; his brothers, Charles and Donald Lovell; and his brothers-in-law, Roland Dill and Dennis Echols.
He is survived by: his wife Aneta "Jakie" Lovell; his son Daniel L. Lovell (Leigh Ann); his sisters, Brenda Dill and Doris Echols; his grandchildren, Creston Davis (Alex), Brenton Davis (Jacie), Ali Alexander (Dustin) and Trenton Lovell; his great grandchildren, Addie Davis, Brinleigh Alexander, Miller Davis and Watson Alexander; and his sisters-in-law, Mary Ann Lovell and Betty Lovell. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Ragland Gravediggers.
