She was predeceased by: her parents, George Bagwell Sr. and Edress Bagwell; and her brother George Leon Bagwell Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Aldona Self (Lee) and Rusty Engstrom (Sarah); her siblings, Bill Meads, Jr. and Leona Douglas (Lowell); her grandchildren, Russell Engstrom, Lexy Engstrom (Jordan Harkins), Josh, Jacob and Abby Self; and her great grandchildren, Bentley Engstrom and Annabell Harkins.
