He was predeceased by: his wife Sharron Bagwell; and his parents, George Bagwell and Edress Bagwell. He is survived by: his children, George L. Bagwell, III and April M. Bagwell; his grandchildren, Adam Al-Ahmad, Cameron Greene, Trey Greene, Dawson Bagwell and Karissa Bagwell; and his sisters, Leona Douglas and Georgette Bagwell.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to UAB Pallative Care or to the St. Clair County Sheriff's Boys Ranch or the St. Clair County Children's Place.
