It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edgar Dennis McClendon of Ragland, Alabama, who passed away on March 10, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his son Dennis Cody McClendon; his parents, Edgar McClendon and Virginia McClendon; and his brother Kevin Shane McClendon. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Ann McClendon; his daughter Chandra Lovell (Richard); his granddaughter Madison Lovell; and his siblings, Shawn McClendon (Debbie) and Rhonda Layton. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
