He is survived by: his wife Judy Woods (Kruse); his children, Sarah A. Hannah of Bellefontaine, OH, Earl D. Vassar of Bellefontaine, OH, David Woods of Toledo, OH, Joy Whinham-Tavernier (Kendall) of Charlottesville, NC and Marjorie Bias of Toledo, OH; his stepchildren, Ken F. Burke of Whitehall, PA, David R. Burke (Shari) of Walnutport, PA, Dan R. Burke of Glencoe, AL and Jessica Burke of Harbor View, OH; and his siblings, Patricia Williams (Charles) of Ashville, AL, Sherron Black and Jacquelyn Hobson. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
