He was predeceased by: his wife Janice Harrell. He is survived by: his children, Krystal Harrell, Katrina Morgan (Shane), Gracie Harrell, David Ray Harrell, Jr. and Daniel Paul Harrell; his brothers, Charlie Harrell (Martha), Oscar Harrell (Rhonda) and Kenneth Harrell (Jorene); his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Morgan, Storm Morgan, Carson Harrell and Ray Harrell; and his great grandchild Daxtyn McKay.
