It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Walter Harold Williams in Quinton, Alabama, who passed away on January 6, 2025, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Wanda Williams; his parents, Dana Williams and Riley Williams; his son Walt Williams, Jr.; his brother Carl S. Williams; his grandparents, Floyd and Florence Myers; and his in-laws, John and Lola Woodard.

He is survived by: his daughter Dr. Kathleen Williams (Dale Hubbard); his grandchildren, Haley Williams (Crystal), Reilly Williams (Lauren) and Madeline Williams; and his great grandchildren, Navy Williams and Crimson Williams.

Visitation was held on Sunday, January 12th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Kilgore-Green Funeral Home Chapel (1200 Birmingham Ave, Jasper, AL 35501). A funeral service was held on Sunday, January 12th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Kilgore-Green Chapel (1200 Birmingham Ave, Jasper, AL 35501).

He is and will be greatly missed and each of us will cherish the memories of our adventures with him!In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Walt Williams Golden Deeds Foundation.
