He was predeceased by: his parents, James Wade Bailey and Mamie Morrow Bailey. He is survived by: his wife Roxanne Roy Bailey; his children, Mallory Parker (Chase) and Mason Bailey (Jayde); his granddaughters, Sophie and Alice Parker; and his brother James Carroll Bailey (Kelly).
