He is survived by: his wife Terresa Cyree Harper; his children, Ralph Jr. (Selena), Cheryl, Chris (Jenna), James (Jessie), Sage, Ava and Dakota; and his siblings, Jimmy Neil Harper (Carolyn), Wallace Harper (Von), Bernice Jones (Alton), Carol Jacobsen (Jim Sr.), Janet Hamrick (Harold) and Sheila Hinz (Eddy). He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
