He is survived by: his wife Tammy Worthy of Quinton, AL; his sons, Mark Erwin of Laurens, SC, Alexander "Alex" Worthy of Hayden, AL and Joshua "Josh" Russell of Quinton, AL; his sister Marilynn Hicks of Oneonta, AL; his uncle Steve Hicks of Florida; and his grandchildren, Laura Erwin, Cole Brown, June Russell and Lincoln Russell. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
