He is survived by: his wife Betty Barber Adkins; his children, Christina Rosetta (Donald) and Larry "Bo" Adkins, Jr. (Jody); his grandchildren, Brittney, Amber, Gabby and Alexis; and his great grandchildren, Grayson and Temperance. He is also survived by four siblings; a host of nieces and nephews.
