He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Calabrese and Rena Calabrese. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Calabrese; his children, Anthony Carr, Michael Calabrese (Raven) and Kaite Calabrese; and his siblings, Doug Calabrese and Pam Parsons. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
