She was predeceased by: her parents, Carnell Lewis Green and Frances Green; and her parents-in-law, Cecilia Check, Joy Parker and Bob Neal.

She is survived by: her husband Cecil Wayne Wilkes Sr.; her children, Wayne Wilkes Jr. (Gena) and Brandy Hayes (Tom); her grandchildren, Cory Wilkes (Ashley) and Blake Wilkes Haley Herron (Pierce); and her great grandchildren, Abigail, Isaac and Blakelynn. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
