He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Glaze and Faye B. White Glaze; and his siblings, Pat Glaze and Len Glaze. He is survived by: his close friend Jane Wilson; his sister Sherry Wells; and his nephews, Ronnie Wells (Jennifer), Gary Wells (Tracy), Kenneth Wells (Rainah), Danny Wells (Kasie) and Host. He is also survived by Great Nieces, Nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations made be made to the funeral home for his services.
