She is survived by: her parents, Rick Woodard and Paula Dollar; her sister Haley Turquitt; her sons, Zakkery Coleman and Zayden Coleman; and her grandparents, Paul, Carletta Dollar and Host. She is also survived by Uncles, Aunts and Cousins.
